Senior Product Manager (Trading/Derivatives)

Requirements:

• Domain Expertise: Proven track record handling derivatives, post-trade operations, or settlement cycles.
• Industry Background: Prior experience within a digital asset exchange, brokerage firm, or trading platforms.
• Technical Literacy: Ability to bridge the gap between business needs and engineering execution, including a solid grasp of APIs and distributed systems.
• Communication: Exceptional at distilling complex financial concepts into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Chinese (Mandarin) is a big plus

You’ll Do:

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Engineering, Compliance, and Ops to design seamless trading and settlement architectures.
• End-to-End Ownership: Manage the entire product roadmap, from initial ideation and discovery through to deployment and post-launch optimization.
• Strategic Prioritization: Define and rank feature requirements by synthesizing client feedback and broader market data.
• Market Intelligence: Act as a subject matter expert on the evolving crypto landscape, derivatives markets, and global regulatory shifts.
