As a Sales Operations Analyst at IntellectSoft, you will work closely with multiple teams within the Sales organization and key company stakeholders to help continuously improve operations through analytics and supporting data-driven decisions.

What will you do?

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams to achieve strategic goals and meet internal efficiency targets
  • Be an owner of pivotal Business Development initiatives: industry events research & support, global trends and technology changes analytics, internal data reports;
  • Conduct market research across various industry segments, organize and analyze Sales and other internal data to help influence company strategy;
  • Analyze Sales, SDR, and Marketing teams’ data to provide insights into performance and trends;
  • Create and maintain Sales, SDR, and Marketing teams’ regular reports and dashboards;
  • Manage and maintain CRM system, ensure data accuracy;
  • Implement and manage sales automation/sales engagement tools;
  • Develop data-driven recommendations based on conducted analysis and uncovered insights, create reports on key findings and assessments;
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in sales operations, and implement industry best practices;
  • Work with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows;
  • Maximize new business development opportunities across target verticals, geographies and client segments — from large enterprises to SMBs and start-ups.

Key requirements:

  • Experience in data analysis and working with large data sets to produce meaningful insights and strategies;
  • Hands-on experience with Google Sheets, CRM systems, and tools like Looker, Google Data Studio or any other BI reporting platform
  • Curiosity, attention to detail and passion for market research initiatives;
  • Expertise in building workflows, dashboards, and sales funnel analysis;
  • Get-done attitude and ownership mentality
  • Upper-intermediate level of verbal and written English

We’d be thrilled if you also have:

  • Experience in a marketing or sales operations role (2+ years) in custom software development services;
  • Event Marketing experience and successful cases you could share
  • Expertise in creating, documenting, implementing, and automating processes
  • Understanding of the IT industry and key trends.
