You will:
• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities for Intellectsoft;
• Work with the Marketing and Sales team to identify and prioritize opportunities in different market segments.
• Demonstrate the value of our offerings through phone calls, email, LinkedIn and other social mediums;
• Research your target verticals and accounts and prepare executive summaries to help develop business opportunities with the Sales team;
• Diligently update Pipedrive — our CRM, to stay up to date on the leads and follow-ups;
• Prepare meaningful reports on campaigns and other activities, suggest out of the box approach when appropriate, base on your research and understanding of the customers’ business.
• Experience communicating with a proficiency in English, business, and technical topics in writing and orally with clarity, accuracy, and understanding to internal and external stakeholders across all senioritis.

• Understand how global businesses operate and how companies are structured — how to analyse and identify the business needs and the key decision makers;
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. You should be a great writer, speaker, and listener.
• Fearlessness — willing to hop on the phone with new people everyday and explain Intellectsoft’s value proposition as it relates to each individual you speak with.
• Ability to analyse and research the prospects’ needs and modus operandi — form the message accordingly and set the stage for effective sales follow-up.
• The intellectual capacity and sufficient curiosity to become an expert on outsourcing in general and on the available software solutions specifically.
• Full mastery of email communication. You keep the inbox at zero and campaigns on track.
