Requirements

  • Person with strong communication skills to communicate within team to solve development-related and development-non-related issues
  • Person to conduct people management and track team health (which is complicated in terms of remote work but achievable trough 1×1 communication with team members and key employees)
  • Person who will track day-to-day activities and will know current assignments for everyone, current capacity of the teams and will be able to predict future capacity to cover specific needs
  • Point of contact in terms of planning development activities
  • Person covering organisational tasks (track vacations, hiring, timesheets, various reporting)


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Delivery Management for a project to ensure on-time service execution and delivery of high-quality software
  • Hands-on Project Management
  • Schedule Management
  • Requirements Management
  • Risk & Change Management
  • Expectations management & ensuring delivery transparency
  • Establish effective communication channels with all levels of stakeholders from expert to TOP management
  • Organization and participation in governance meetings
  • Preparation and maintaining accurate project plans, resource planning, financial forecasting and transparent reporting
  • Managing the project teams ensuring efficient use of resources
  • Remove barriers
  • Reflect progress back to the team
  • Shields the team from interruptions
  • Ensure the team’s process is followed, including facilitation of scrum ceremonies
  • Coach and mentor, the team on agile values and practices
  • Tune into team morale, energy, and conflict and address any issues
  • Serves as an Agile Coach and mentor
