The position will contribute to the Platform and architectural teams towards development and maturing of our cutting-edge platform for Intelligence as we expand it with new products and richer features, taking further to the Enterprise level.

Ideal candidates will have previous experience designing highly scalable platforms and solutions as well as dealing with high volumes of structured and unstructured data. Previous experience in security or intelligence industry is preferred but not mandatory.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Senior Software Architect / Enterprise Architect is responsible for driving a consistent, scalable, flexible and redundant architecture and system design for our internal and external platforms and systems. As well as our company is constantly creating new products, it is growing and maturing its current products.

The Architect will work closely with the development team, DevOps and Product Development to take our products and systems to the next level as our business grows.

The role requires that you are an excellent communicator, who thinks outside the box and is thorough in designing and documenting. You must be self-motivated, able to work independently in an agile environment, and possess strong analytical and design skills. Willingness to learn, play with and assess new technology and implementation pros/cons is a must.

Experience, Skills and Knowledge:

• Minimum of 7+ years of technology experience with large data oriented systems or equivalent and distributed systems
• Highly skilled in defining Enterprise Architecture / Software Architecture (TOGAF or equivalent preferred)
• Prior experience with Enterprise Integration Patterns and Software Design Patterns
• Knowledge on parallel and distributed programming and cloud computing
• Must have a demonstrable experience with NOSQL databases, Graph database and indexing solution (ElasticSearch)
• Database design/modelling/programming, Test Driven Development, mocking frameworks, IoC, OO Analysis/Design, software design patterns, microservices
• Track record in designing horizontally scalable applications and infrastructure
• Defining common data models / data taxonomy
• Thorough in creating documentation and designs
• Excellent communication skills (English) and working with remote teams
• Strong analytical skills and systematic approach to problem solving
• Deep knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL and data exchange formats
• Experience in Java & Python — at least 5+ years of pure coding experience

Preferable:

• Cybercrime or Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) domain knowledge
• Understanding of CTI data models (STIX, MISP, MITRE ATT&CK)
• Knowledge of the concepts of SIEM, SOAR and TIP applications
• Deep knowledge of algorithms
