  • English — strong intermediate or better;
  • Basic knowledge in the IT industry, using LinkedIn;
  • Good skills in Google Docs, Google Sheets or MS Excel, MS Word;
  • Good communication skills and fast learner.

Would be a plus:

  • Other foreign languages knowledge;
  • Experience with any CRM system;
  • Experience in lead generation in IT.

  • Getting criteria for targeting from sales managers;
  • Making a list of companies and contacts depending on the received criteria;
  • Sourcing leads through a variety of search tools;
  • Providing and managing cold email / LinkedIn campaigns: emailing newsletters, Linkedin InMail newsletters and contact offers;
  • Lead qualification, segmentation, and profiling;
  • Converting qualified leads and preparing them for meetings and calls;
  • Initiating conversations with key decision-makers at target companies to identify their business needs;
  • Transferring active leads to sales;
  • Updating and maintaining the leads database regularly;
  • Achieve or exceed set daily/weekly quotas (KPIs) for generating new leads
  • Working collaboratively with Marketing and Sales teams;
  • Using sales CRM (Pipedrive), marketing and sales automation tools.
