About the project
We’re working with a US-based FinTech company that builds large-scale systems for monitoring financial and crypto markets, detecting manipulation, fraud, and compliance risks. The product handles huge volumes of data, high-load systems, and complex business logic, so the team is looking for strong engineers.
It’s a long-term, stable cooperation: the client has been partnering with us for several years, and 20+ of our specialists already work within their teams.
Requirements
- Strong Java expertise (5+ years), recent hands-on
- Excellent data structures & algorithms
- Experience manipulating large data sets in memory (performance- and memory-critical code)
- Solid multithreading / concurrency
- English B2+ (comfortable communicating with the client team)
Nice to have
- High-load / high-throughput systems
- Kafka or similar streaming
- Redis or other in-memory stores
What you’ll do
- Design and build algorithm-heavy components processing large in-memory data sets
- Optimize for speed, memory footprint, and correctness under load
- Pick the right data structures and approaches for each problem
- Keep code well-tested and reliable
