— Have knowledge and understanding the Web application (IT services database, about 100 tables).
— Process user tickets: clarify the issues, make sure enough details are provided (screenshots, steps to reproduce), if the issue is a bug or an improvement request, open and follow-up a related ticket towards the Level 3 Support.
— Install fixes, patches and new versions from the Level 3 Support.
— Validate fixes: run the steps to reproduce the issues as described in the tickets, check that the fix indeed solved them.
— Monitor the health of the system and improve this monitoring when required.
— Create complex ad-hoc SQL queries and reports to retrieve information needed by the users.
