Czech-Ukrainian company Intechsoft is looking for a Workplace End User Device Migration Specialist to join our team.

Our client is one of the leaders of the Ukrainian brewing market and a joint venture of the world’s largest brewing company Anheuser-Busch InBev.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Extensive knowledge and experience with Intune Endpoint Management Systems.
• Microsoft Windows Administration Experience
• Experience in designing and implementing security policies.
• Familiarity with data migration tools such as USMT.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changes and solve complex problems.
• Ability to work with geographically distributed team.
• Good English knowledge, ability to manage and drive technical discussions

Additional Skills:

• Certifications in Endpoint Management and Information Security are a plus.
• Experience in international companies and project management is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan and Build Microsoft Intune Device Configuration and Security Policies:

• Design and implement corporate security policies across all standard end-user devices.
• Implement device configurations policies in close collaboration with central device management team
• Monitor compliance with established policies and execute troubleshooting in case needed.
• Validate and perform end user devices testing, migrate pilot group
• Implement and Validate country specific configurations language packs, desktop wallpapers, and other elements specific to user assignments.
• Develop and implement user group specific polices

2. Deploy and Validate Security Applications:

• Test security application deployment and validate security toolset configuration and overall deployment.
• Ensure regular updates and monitor the security status of installed applications.

3. Create country specific packages:

• Identify applications that will require automatic deployment process
• Identify necessary packages and relevant installation procedures
• Jointly with central team build and validate required packages execute testing within pilot group
• Validate functionality and ensure compatibility of applications with existing systems and devices.
• Plan, Design, Implement and Validate Device migration procedure
• Design and test procedure to migrate device between Microsoft Intune tenants
• Design and implement data and application configuration migration process for end user devices
• Perform device and data migration for pilot group
• Prepare proper documentation and document migration procedures
• Ensure data completeness and minimize disruptions for users during the migration process.
• Support end device migrations on remote sites
