What you’ll be doing

• Hunting for great talent in professional platforms and other sources
• Screening resumes and conducting initial calls with candidates
• Helping coordinate interviews and liaising with team leaders
• Maintaining our candidate database (applications, interview stages)
• Welcoming new hires: sharing our culture, and answering their first questions
• Brainstorming and taking part in fun team events (team-builds, online meetups, mini-workshops)
• Participation in HR function development

What we’re looking for

• English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
• A love of communication: you easily build relationship with new people
• Strong organizational skills: you manage tasks, hit deadlines, and never miss the important stuff
• A willingness to learn, take responsibility, and own your growth
• Friendliness, initiative, and a genuine desire to develop your career in HR
