Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a Technical Delivery Lead — a hands-on technical leader who will take ownership of technical expertise, validation, presales, and delivery quality.
This is not a theoretical role and not pure management.
This is a role for an expert, validator, and results driver.
Responsibilities
Technical Validation
- Validate candidates and specialists
- Conduct and oversee technical interviews
- Develop and maintain up-to-date technical tests
- Build skill matrices and grading frameworks
Performance & Growth
- Participate in performance reviews (technical part)
- Build Personal Development Plans (PDPs)
- Evaluate the real effectiveness of specialists on client projects
Presale & Estimation
- Participate in technical presales
- Estimate scope, timelines, and required resources
- Support Sales in setting realistic client expectations
Technical Delivery
- Technical project kickoff after sale
- Ensure delivery aligns with agreed commitments
- Early risk identification
- Control quality of work delivered by teams and partners
Requirements
Experience
- 8+ years in IT
- Experience as a Tech Lead / Engineering Manager / Technical Delivery Lead
- Broad technical exposure (FE / BE / QA / DevOps)
- Experience in presales and estimation
Skills
- Systems thinking
- Ability to explain technical decisions to business stakeholders
- Strong ownership and results-oriented mindset
- English: B2+
