What you will do:

• Own onboarding/offboarding, probation/adaptation, and employee handbook updates.
• Run 1:1s, pulse checks, and performance reviews; coach managers on feedback and growth plans.
• Design and drive individual development plans, skill tracks, internal workshops, and manager training.
• Plan engagement rhythms (all-hands, AMAs, milestones, holidays) and strengthen employer brand internally.
• Coordinate contracts/NDAs with Legal/Operations; ensure privacy and basic compliance across jurisdictions.
• Plan and track HR budget: events, training, tooling, and benefits.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years as HR Generalist / People Partner in a tech environment.
• Demonstrated experience setting up HR processes.
• Comfort with IT recruitment partnering and structured interviewing.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, conflict resolution, and written communication.
• Planning/budgeting chops; organized and data-literate.
• Upper-intermediate+ English (written/spoken).

Nice to have:

• Experience across US/EU contractor frameworks and basic employment compliance.
• L&D program design, employer branding/content, or internal communications.
