INFUSEmedia is one of the top-100 fastest-growing private companies in the US. All of our divisions are growing up and now we are looking for a Sales Manager Assistant to help established full stack Account Executive with prospecting duties and initial appointment setting tasks. Candidate MUST have an ability to work US time (15:30 — 24:00 in Ukraine). Office location is in Kharkiv.
What we expect from our candidate:
— upper Intermediate level of English;
— ability to multitask;
— excellent time management and research skills;
— strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
— confident user of Google Docs, CRM;
— sales or marketing experience will be a plus.
Tasks you will be involved:
— make market analysis;
— maintain and expand contact sequencing of existing prospects;
— synchronize working accounts with account assignment manager, fix an appointment for sales manager;
— organize dead/at-rest accounts;
— execute prospect contact sequences: make voice calls, send emails.

Working hours: aligned with the U.S. Holidays and Eastern Standard Time business hours (Boston), from 15.30 to 24.00 (Ukrainian time, taxi is provided) incl. 30 min break.
