— Higher education in Information Technology or related field.
— Minimum two to three years’ hands-on experience in IT Support.
— Basic knowledge of IT Network (IP Addresses, DHCP, DNS, Gateway, Firewalls, Switch, AP’s).
— Basic IT Troubleshooting knowledge in PC, Servers, Network (LAN, WLAN, WAN).
— Familiar with Cloud Storage Apps (Dropbox, One Drive, Google Drive, etc).
— Familiar with Microsoft Windows 7/8/10 OS Installations and troubleshooting.
— Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
— Familiar with Skype, GoToMeeting, VoIP Conference Solutions.
— MAC OS experience preferred.
— Good communication skills, fluent in written and spoken English.
— Have a good sense of problem-solving skills, able to handle the pressure.

— Resolve IT tickets/jobs assigned in a timely manner (Hardware, Software’s, Applications).
— Assist in maintaining IT network, servers, applications and security systems.
— Setting up workstations (Windows 7/8/10, Microsoft Office, Anti-Virus etc).
— Monitor IT network (LAN, WAN, WLAN) performance, security & troubleshoot when needed.
— Add, maintain IT asset list, documents, IT Infra diagrams.
— Install, maintain, troubleshoot audio/visual equipment.
— Responsible for providing critical reports on improvements/problems in IT Infrastructure.
— Support and comply with the company’s principal and audit requirements.
— Manage and maintain office facilities.
— Undertake any other appropriate tasks/projects as required.
