Product Manager

For our UK-based client, we are looking for a Product Manager to join their R&D team and work on a B2B SaaS product in the HR tech domain.

You will own the What and Why of your product area — from customer discovery and product strategy to roadmap, delivery and launch. You will work closely with Engineering, UX, QA and business stakeholders to turn customer needs and business goals into valuable product outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle from discovery to launch and continuous improvement.
• Define product strategy, roadmap and priorities together with the Senior Product Manager and CPO.
• Conduct customer research, interviews and competitive analysis.
• Own and prioritise the product backlog, epics and user stories.
• Work closely with Engineering, UX and QA teams throughout the delivery process.
• Lead and participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
• Manage dependencies, risks and roadblocks across product squads.
• Define and track product KPIs and use data and customer feedback to drive decisions.
• Support Go-To-Market activities and product launches.
• Use AI-powered tools to improve product discovery, research and delivery.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Product Management / Product Ownership, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Strong experience with product discovery, roadmap planning and backlog management.
• Experience working with cross-functional Agile teams.
• Strong customer and stakeholder management skills.
• Good analytical and commercial mindset.
• Ability to translate business and customer needs into clear product requirements.
• Good understanding of UX and user journeys; Figma experience is a plus.
• Experience with AI tools in product management is a plus.
• Previous experience with Golang or Product Design is a strong advantage.
• Fluent English.
