Think creative, smart and come up with new ideas to improvise the testing process
Enthusiastic to learn new tools and technologies
Web applications. Cross-browser testing

Обов’язки

This role includes:

Establish a system for managing the testing process
Onboarding new QA people
Training QA staff. Ensure that new QA people are brought on and that everyone is optimally effective. Participate in recruitment, selection, termination.
Establishing QA processes. Set up any groupware and other sharing tools that allow QA to be more effective and reliable.
Providing leadership with the organization. Establish communication channels with the various departments for 2nd level support, new feature management and elsewhere as needed.
Providing the knowledge base for features. Explain exactly how features work, what they do and what kind of results one should expect based on various conditions. Bring this knowledge to various business entities (User Success, Backlog, etc.).
