Role Overview

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer on an on-demand basis to support our client with design decisions.

Expected workload of approximately 20 hours per week.

Role Responsibilities

• Creation of UI concepts, wireframes, and prototypes
• Supporting and guiding the development team on best UX/UI practices
• Contributing to product strategy and development processes

Role Requirements

• At least 3+ years as a UI/UX Designer (portfolio required)
• Data-driven mindset with curiosity about data behind UI/UX decisions
• Strong understanding of conversion optimization and usability best practices
• Proficiency in client communication and ability to defend decisions
• Strong communication skills: English B2+, Ukrainian — fluent.

Interview Process

1. Portfolio Review
2. Intro Call with Recruiter (up to 45 min)
3. Technical Interview (up to 60 min)
4. PM Interview (up 30 min)
