Senior Ruby On Rails Developer (вакансія неактивна)

For the process of releasing MVP version of a completely new product in a wealth management domain we’re currently looking for an experienced Ruby on Rails Developer with 5+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails framework.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience with Ruby on Rails framework.
• Proficient in database design and optimization, with expertise in SQL and ActiveRecord.
• Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with web servers and deployment strategies (e.g., Nginx, Apache, Capistrano).
• Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks such as RSpec and proficiency in writing unit and integration tests.
• Solid understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (English B2+) to convey complex technical details to non-technical stakeholders and to translate non-technical vague expectations to clear and straightforward requirements for the team;
• Outstanding sense of responsibility;
• Problem solving & Multi-tasking;
• Time management & Attention to detail;
• High level of proactiveness.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Ruby on Rails applications, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Architect, implement, and optimize backend components and APIs.
• Contribute to the overall software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.

Interview Process:

1. Interview with INSART’s Recruiter
2. Interview with INSART’s Tech Expert + PM (approximately 60-90 minutes)
3. Interview with the client and client’s CTO (approximately 60 minutes)
