We’re constantly looking for an experienced Project Manager with the strong communication skills to join our Service Delivery team and fulfil company needs.

You are definitely our candidate, if you’re:

— Having a strong background in software engineering, preferably with experience in complex projects.
— Having previous experience as Business Analyst, QA, Software Engineer, DevOps.
— Having excellent Scrum knowledge and strong planning skills
— Experienced in managing risks efficiently
— Experienced in building healthy environment in the team
— Oriented on project growth
— Able to drive a team by achieving delivery deadlines
— Having critical thinking and decision making skills
— Sure that Project Management is a love.

You are also perfect candidate,if you have hands-on experience with:

— Starting new projects from scratch
— Managing teams with 10+ people
— Risk management
— People management
— PDP creating and 1-2-1 meetings conducting
— Account Management
— Up sales / pre sales processes

Future responsibilities:

— Take ownership of internal company projects
— Actively participate in pre pales activities
— Drive estimation and planning process and move team forward to execute initial plan
— Manage risks according to established process with using best practices
— Follow the team with using Scrum framework and implement all needed ceremonies.
— Execute people management
— Proactively identify new customer necessities, expand opportunities and drive negotiation up to the implementation stage
— Driving onboarding process and ensuring successful support in early adaptation stages
— Conducting regular activities (calls, service reviews, etc.) defined for high-touch support
— Establish and cultivate strong relationships with client at senior levels as well as external and internal partners to maximize growth within the account needs.
