INSART is looking for a new team member to join our team and enhance the company’s Recruiting department.
— Be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process (from brief to offer) with IT/non IT positions;
— Work with a wide range of positions — from trainee to lead-level;
— Publishing job postings and processing incoming applications;
— Act as a recruitment consultant to hiring managers;
— Taking ownership of the process of hiring until the job contract is signed;
— Take part in designing and implementing processes and policies as a part of the Recruiting Team.
— 3+ years of similar experience in IT recruiting worldwide
— Successful hiring of Poland/EU citizens
— Strong understanding of a full cycle of the recruitment processes;
— Solid experience with different recruiting tools and platforms (experience with CleverStaff be a plus);
— Experience in conducting different types of interviews;
— General understanding of technology stacks and roles;
— English level — at least upper intermediate+
— Ability to self-driven learning;
— Good sense of humor and positive life approach.
