INSART — a strategic technology partner for the top Fintech companies is looking for a new member of our leadership board — Digital Marketing Lead.

We have spent a few hours with the leadership team to work out this list based on who we want to join our team, so this is not just a copy-paste list from another similar vacancy:

Requirements:
— Experience in marketing and/or sales in IT at least 3 or more years;
— Strong experience in Inbound campaigns, content marketing, storytelling, SMM (primary — LinkedIn), email marketing, website building;
— Experience and deep expertise working with technology and software markets (any domain);
— Experience in data-driven optimization of marketing processes;
— Experience with up-to-date software tools for marketing process management (including data-driven analytics and decision making);
— Understanding of the B2B client journey and different approaches of optimizing it;
— Tools: LinkedIn, WordPress, MailChimp, Google Analytics, Google Workspace, Hubspot, Hubspot, Twitter;
— English — advanced level (both written and spoken), Russian, Ukrainian — native.

Be a plus:
— Experience in account-based marketing, brand building, influencer marketing, PR & media relations, SEO optimization, blogging, data visualization;
— Fintech and financial services knowledge and experience will be a plus;

Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Lead/Expert will be responsible and accountable for:
— Inbound lead generation;
— Build INSART brand awareness as a strategic technological partner;
— Market research and provision of information to all the stakeholders;
— Marketing materials production to promote and sell INSART expertise;

We expect that the following activities will be performed, but not limited to:
— Plan, organize and execute marketing process to achieve company goals;
— Content marketing planning and execution, including content production and distribution;
— Software & technology solutions case studies production together with Technology, Sales and Service Delivery teams;
— Keep leads pipeline updated in CRM;
— Manage subscription lists and keep them updated and consistent;
— Market researches conducting, be aware of Fintech industry news, trends and situation;
— Constantly search and introduce new ways of achieving marketing goals;
— Manage and mentor our in-house marketing team;
— Act as a problem solver and driver to resolve critical issues and bottlenecks related to the marketing process;
— Collaborate and efficiently communicate with Sales, Service Delivery, Technology, HR, Recruiting, Finance teams to fulfil the overall company goals;
— Act as an INSART Brand Ambassador;
— Provide detailed statistics to the Leadership team on marketing performance;
— Collaborate within the Leadership team in the form of consensus decision making (CEO and heads of all departments);
— Report directly to the CEO (plan, results, lessons learned).
