Knowledge in managing a lead database using CRM;
Ability to work independently;
Enthusiastic to learn new tools and technologies;
Experience working with Google Spreadsheets, HubSpot, LinkedIn, LN Sales Navigator, MailChimp, Phantombuster etc.
Working experience in Outbound Sales/Lead Generation;
Passion for Fintech.

Conduct ongoing market research to add new Prospects/Accounts in accordance with ICP;
Manage Lead Database (CRM) and maintain the data relevance;
Document all information and updates diligently and accurately;
Create relevant performance reports to establish goals and track progress;
Collaborate with Marketing Team Lead on additional tasks to support the marketing processes & needs (social media posting, email blasts/ follow-ups sending and so on);
Bring new and different lead generation ideas on ways to reach our targets.
