-Skilled in processing and organizing large amounts of information.
-Higher or incomplete higher education (a technical background is a plus).
-Willingness to work on a pre-established schedule with specific shift lengths.
-Ability to express thoughts clearly and structurally in writing, and to distill key points from extensive information.

-Identify and report bugs promptly.

-Collect detailed information about problems, attempt resolutions, and escalate to developers/DevOps/system administrators when necessary.
