Middle AI/ML Engineer

We are currently looking for a Middle AI/ML Engineer to join our team and contribute to complex data and AI projects.

What you’ll do

• Develop and improve AI-powered solutions based on Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Build and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines
• Design and implement workflows using LangChain and LangGraph
• Implement data validation, quality checks, and monitoring
• Optimize systems for performance, cost-efficiency, and reliability
• Debug and resolve production data issues
• Collaborate with product, analytics, and engineering teams to define data contracts
• Manage infrastructure using Terraform

Must-have skills

• 3-4 years of hands-on experience in Data Engineering / AI Engineering
• Strong Python skills
• Practical experience working with: LLMs, LangChain, LangGraph, RAG architectures
• Strong SQL knowledge
• Experience with Spark / PySpark
• Solid experience with AWS services (EMR, Glue, S3, Redshift or similar, IAM, CloudWatch)
• Understanding of monitoring, reliability, and data quality best practices
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)

Nice to have

• Experience with streaming technologies (Kafka, Kinesis)
• Airflow or similar orchestration tools
• Experience supporting BI tools and analytics teams
• Exposure to ML workflows and AI model data pipelines
