We are looking for a motivated Junior Strong Business Analyst who is eager to grow and develop strong requirements management skills. In this role, you will support Business Analysts and cross-functional teams in clarifying requirements, preparing documentation, and ensuring alignment between business needs and delivered solutions. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience, build core BA competencies, and work on innovative AI- and data-driven products.

This position is offered on a short-term contract basis, with the possibility of extending the engagement.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work in a team with a Business Analyst to elicit and clarify requirements with business stakeholders and the project team;
• Assist in analysing requirements, identifying gaps, inconsistencies, or unclear areas, and raising them for discussion;
• Help prepare and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and related documentation based on provided inputs;
• Contribute to backlog preparation, refinement, and updates together with the BA and PM;
• Collaborate with Designers, Developers, and QAs to ensure shared understanding of feature scope and expectations;
• Support change handling by helping assess impacts of requirement updates and keeping documentation in sync;
• Maintain consistency between requirements documentation, backlog items, and delivered functionality;
• Learn and apply best practices in requirements management, documentation, and stakeholder management to gradually build end-to-end BA skills.

REQUIREMENTS

• Basic to solid understanding of Business Analysis fundamentals, SDLC, and Agile principles;
• Initial hands-on experience in working with product requirements;
• Experience or familiarity with creating basic BA artefacts (user stories, acceptance criteria, simple process flows, etc.);
• Ability and willingness to ask clarifying questions and work with feedback;
• Interest in working with AI- and data-related features and readiness to learn how to define inputs, outputs, and limitations;
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and structured approach to requirements;
• Strong motivation to grow as a Business Analyst and take more responsibility over time.
• Upper-Intermediate Strong level of English
