We’re looking for an Account Manager who works as a true business partner for our clients and takes ownership of account growth in an IT outsourcing environment.

This role is about long-term partnerships, strategic thinking, and measurable growth — revenue, team scaling, and value for both the client and the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own account growth: revenue expansion, retention, and long-term partnership development;
  • Act as a trusted advisor for client stakeholders, including senior decision-makers;
  • Build and execute clear account growth strategies (not just handle day-to-day requests);
  • Identify growth opportunities: team scaling, new services, deeper collaboration;
  • Translate client business goals into effective outsourcing and tech solutions;
  • Lead commercial discussions: pricing, scope changes, renewals, long-term planning;
  • Proactively manage risks and align internal teams to support account goals;
  • Run strategic business reviews focused on outcomes and future growth.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Hands-on experience managing and growing client accounts in an IT outsourcing environment;
  • Proven track record of growing and scaling accounts;
  • Strong business mindset — you think like an owner, not an executor;
  • Understanding of outsourcing models and how accounts grow over time;
  • Solid commercial skills: pricing, contracts, revenue ownership;
  • Confidence working with senior client stakeholders and internal leadership;
  • High level of ownership and accountability;
  • Advanced level of English;
  • Ability to travel abroad. International business travel may be involved.
