We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Junior HR Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s passionate about people, eager to grow professionally in the HR field, and ready to make a tangible impact on our company culture and employee experience.

You will be supporting a variety of HR processes and initiatives — from onboarding new team members to organizing internal events and driving our employer branding efforts. If you’re a creative team player with a people-first mindset, we’d love to meet you!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Organize and execute internal events and employee engagement initiatives;
  • Coordinate and support company’s volunteer and social responsibility activities;
  • Contribute to employer branding efforts, including merchandise coordination and promotional materials;
  • Manage and update company’s social media presence (DOU, Instagram, Facebook);
  • Conduct onboarding and offboarding processes for team members;
  • Assist in performance management and feedback routines;
  • Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of HR practices;
  • Propose and implement new ideas aimed at enhancing retention, team spirit, and organizational culture.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in HR (experience in IT or tech companies is a plus);
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and responsible;
  • Basic understanding of onboarding, offboarding, and performance review processes;
  • Enthusiasm for organizing internal activities and contributing to a strong employer brand;
  • Creative mindset and initiative to launch new ideas;
  • Desire to learn and grow in business-oriented HR practices;
  • Team player with a collaborative and people-centered approach;
  • Interest in the business context and ability to align HR activities with company goals;
  • Intermediate English proficiency (both spoken and written).
