Inoxoft Company is looking for a Trainee Lead Generation Specialist who will work with our team to develop a strong client generation strategy within several platforms. We are looking for a proactive, responsible individual with a continuous self-learning mindset and Advanced English.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate closely with the Account Executive to assess and qualify potential prospects;
  • Take ownership of communication with outbound leads, ensuring timely and relevant engagement;
  • Evaluate and qualify inbound inquiries to identify high-potential opportunities;
  • Actively search for new leads using dedicated lead generation platforms (e.g., Upwork, Talent Alpha, etc.);
  • Optimize and maintain company profiles on lead generation platforms to increase visibility and conversion rates;
  • Prepare and submit personalized proposals tailored to each lead’s needs and project specifics;
  • Maintain consistent, professional communication with leads, addressing related questions and follow-ups;
  • Manage and update lead data within the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and tracking progress;
  • Support various tasks related to lead generation, prospect nurturing, and sales operations as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Understanding of the Lead Generation function, its goals, and contribution to the sales pipeline;
  • Time management skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment;
  • Team-oriented mindset with a focus on effective collaboration and shared success;
  • Commitment to continuous self-improvement and a growth-oriented approach to learning;
  • High level of proactivity with the ability to take initiative and drive tasks independently;
  • Competence in estimating effort, setting priorities, and planning activities efficiently;
  • Advanced level of English, both written and spoken, enabling confident communication with global clients.
