About the Position:

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with deep expertise in .NET technologies to drive complex full-stack software projects. This role is ideal for someone who excels in designing scalable, high-performance solutions and enjoys leading technical initiatives. The successful candidate will play a key role in advancing technology solutions, mentoring engineers, and collaborating across teams to align development with business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of highly complex full-stack software solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and peers, fostering technical growth and excellence within the team.
• Develop and drive technical strategies to ensure the robustness and scalability of software solutions.
• Innovate by introducing advanced methodologies and technologies to enhance product performance.
• Collaborate across departments to align engineering initiatives with business objectives and contribute to strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

• 5 years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
• Strong object-oriented programming skills in C# and advanced proficiency in TypeScript.
• Extensive experience with .NET Framework or .NET 5+.
• Proficiency in front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.
• Expertise in designing and implementing complex backend APIs and services using .NET.
• Strong background in working with ORMs and databases (nHibernate, Entity Framework, SQL Server).
• Proficiency in writing sophisticated unit, integration, and UI automation tests.
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with cloud architectures on platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7 and FHIR.
• Experience with building integrations with EHR systems.
• Experience with Healthcare Domain
