Middle Business Analyst

We are looking for a proactive business analyst, who is ready for challenging and interesting tasks, and has experience in business analysis for 2+ years.

Responsibilities:
— Setup & adjustment of BA processes on the project
— Plan and build communication & business analysis strategies considering stakeholder analysis results
— Determine the client’s business needs and objectives.
— Define solution vision & solution scope to meet the business needs
— Evaluate and analyze business risks on the project
— Create a change strategy to achieve the client’s business objectives
— Establish and monitor the requirements management processes throughout the project lifecycle
— Prepare and conduct elicitation sessions. Document and confirm elicitation results
— Specify, verify, and validate functional and non-functional requirements
— Analyze functional requirements and help develop a consistent solution scope
— Facilitate the review, verification, and validation of business analysis deliverables

Requirements:
— Experience in BA — 2+ years
— Business Analysis experience on 2+ projects (middle & long-term)
— Domains knowledge of 2+ years
— English level — min Upper-intermediate Strong
— Understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile)
— Knowledge of requirements lifecycle and Business analysis knowledge areas
— Experience with business analysis techniques (SWOT Analysis, Business Process Modelling (BPMN & UML), Use Case Modelling, User Stories, etc.)
— Experience in stakeholder analysis and management
— Ability to evaluate and set up/adjust BA processes on the project
— Knowledge of prototyping and modeling tools (Draw.io, Figjam, or other)
— Decision-making and problem-solving
— Effective interpersonal and cross-cultural communication
— Collaboration and team management
— Planning and estimation skills

Be a plus:
— Product Management basics
— Data Analysis basics
— Management principles and project management specifics

— CCBA, OMG: UML, BPMN Certifications
— Experience in early project stages as BA: proposal preparation, scope definition
