We’re actively seeking an enthusiastic Head of People Operations Office who can take the lead in advancing our HR initiatives and processes.   • Plan, manage, develop, coordinate, and implement policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the company’s strategic needs;
  • Drive HR processes (i.e. On boarding, performance management, promotions, terminations, transfers, leaves of absence, satisfaction surveys etc...);
  • Work with the HRM system: input and update employee data, ensure that all data is correct and up-to-date;
  • Act as a coach and assist in finding the best solutions at the intersection of employee and business interests;
  • Implement/administer/interpret corporate policies/programs/procedures;
  • Identify gaps, propose and implement changes that will positively influence employee experience;
  • Drive and implement charitable initiatives;
  • Close collaboration with other departments within the company;
  • Identifying HR-related problems and risks, and establishing processes to address them;
  • Active involvement in creating initiatives to enhance and streamline team communication.


  • 3+ years of experience as HR in IT company medium size (250-350 specialists);
  • Experience with the full cycle of HR processes;
  • Successful experience in launching leadership development programs and HR branding;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills;
  • Flexibility and quick adaptation to changes;
  • Proactive approach and curiosity;
  • Intermediate English level.

  • Welcome Interview with Recruiter (30 min);
  • Technical Interview (40 min);
