Responsibilities:
— Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to understand their needs, present solutions, and build strong relationships.
— Leverage your extensive experience in deal closures to successfully seal a substantial number of deals.
— Represent the company at industry conferences, summits, and events to enhance brand visibility and identify new business opportunities.
— Manage the entire engagement cycle from initial contact to contract signing.
— Collaborate with other Sales Managers, Lead Generation, and Marketing teams to analyze potential markets (geography & industry) for lead engagement.
— Innovatively seek new sales opportunities and channels to attract fresh customers.
— Drive the sales process, negotiate contracts, and successfully close deals to achieve revenue targets.
— Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing market conditions.
Requirements:
— A proven track record as a Sales/Business Development Manager in service businesses, IT Outsourcing, B2B.
— Demonstrated experience in closing a significant number of deals in a sales role.
— Understanding of outsourcing services and the ability to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.
— Demonstrated dedication and willingness to go above and beyond in achieving business goals.
— Showcase the ability to craft compelling narratives that effectively convey our brand and solutions.
— Experience in software development services sales or a quick grasp of the industry.
— Proven hands-on experience in planning and executing successful road-show processes.
— Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
— Strong facilitation skills to streamline communication and collaboration within the team and with clients.
— Willingness and ability to undertake business trips to the USA three times a year, with each trip lasting
— Must have a valid visa to the USA, with the ability to travel from Ukraine or other countries.
