Required Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in managing programs and portfolio of projects
• 2+ years of experience on tech positions (QA / Development / BA)
• Deep understanding of software design, development and quality assurance processes
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, analytical and strategical thinking
• Experience in managing Project Managers and Project Coordinators
• Ability to handle changes in priorities on multiple projects simultaneously
• Decent experience in people management and handling conflict situations
• Decent experience in managing relationships with clients worldwide
• Advanced English

Responsibilities:

• Ensure delivery within defined parameters: scope, quality, cost, timeline, and company objectives.
• Building partnerships and attracting new businesses/opportunities from new clients
• Build and manage Delivery Unit budget
• Being the point of escalation for delivery issues
• Handling employees critical cases
• Growing Team Leads and Project Managers;
• Take part in PreSales and projects onboarding activities (develop proposal, pricing, scope)
