— Experience in IT field with similar responsibilities 1+ year;

— Ability to translate business requirements to functional requirements;
— Experience with WBS (preparation, validation);
— Experience with business analysis techniques (SWOT Analysis, Business Process Modelling (BPMN & UML), Use Case Modelling, User Stories);
— Knowledge of prototyping and modeling tools (Draw.io, Balsamiq);
— English level — Upper-intermediate+;
— High flexibility and Common sense.

Customer Engagement Part:
— Driving conference calls with Clients during the presale process;
— Preparation and presentation of the SDLC practices, demos, and other materials in English;
— Gathering initial requirements and understanding client business needs;
— Defining the business model for the successful client engagement;
— Driving the Project Proposal development;
— Closely working with Competence group in the scope of coordination of Tech pre-sales activities.
Business Analysis Part:
— Define solution vision & solution scope to meet the business needs of the project;
— Evaluate and analyze business risks on the project;
— Preparation and conduction requirements elicitation sessions;
— Documentation and confirmation of the requirements elicitation results;
— Specify, verify, and validate functional and non-functional requirements;
— Creating and maintaining requirements documentation according to agreed format (e.g. user stories, software requirements specification), requirements support by appropriate visualization and diagrams;
— Participate in the Discovery phases by performing all activities described above.
