Previous experience in marketing or PR (from 2-3 years);
The candidate must have a strong understanding of branding to be able to sell the company as an employer of choice to prospective hires;
This person must be creative and well-organized and able to establish social media and print- and web-based recruiting campaigns under short deadlines;
The candidate also must have an enthusiastic attitude, drives initiatives, work well on teams, and be able to adapt quickly to a fast-moving environment;
Design thinking;
Responsibility and ownership;
Time management skills;
Continuous improvement mindset;
Result orientation;
Presentation, communication, and negotiations skills;
Content writing — storytelling;
Advanced English is a must.

Обов’язки

— Creation, alignment, and improvement of branding strategy in accordance with corporate mission, vision, and values;
— Conduction of market research and analysis on trends, competitors and adjusting strategy accordingly;
— Definition of company positioning as an employer brand, communication channels, marketing materials, branding products and corporate tone of voice;
— Ensuring that all communication on behalf of the company is conducted accordingly to the employer brand positioning;
— Implementation roadmap and budgeting creation and management;
— Organization and management of all employer branding initiatives;
— Content and communication management in Social media, web platforms, external and internal events where the company is positioned;
— Increasing employer brand awareness among current and potential employees;
— Ensuring two-side corporate communication and feedback management in terms of employer branding;
— Support and evaluate all corporate initiates as an employer brand stakeholder;
— Following company processes (time log, vacation, etc.);
— Constantly updating own hard and soft skills by attending courses and practicing new knowledge.
