The demand for Microsoft solutions and Innoware services is constantly increasing, in particular in Ukraine due to the business need to abandon 1C and other russian systems. Therefore, we are growing and inviting a candidate for a position of Account Manager working with B2B customers.
Key client geography: Ukraine and the EU.
The key goal of this position is supporting Innoware’s B2B clients in licensing, documentation, payments, etc. for Microsoft ERP, CRM and cloud business solutions.

Your key tasks will be:
- Forming requests for invoices, controlling payments, re-signing agreements. All this in cooperation with colleagues from the financial and legal departments.
- Selecting licences, calculating and processing the purchase of licences for customers to use Microsoft solutions, keeping accounts and licences up to date.
- Overseeing the prompt and timely provision of customer service, including transferring requests to system engineers.
- Identifying new needs of existing customers.
- Providing information about Innoware solutions and services to existing customers upon request.
- Planning interaction with each client.
- Monitoring customer satisfaction.
Qualification:
- Experience of interaction with B2B clients (support or sales).
- Experience with documents and administration of relevant processes: control of accounts, execution of agreements, other supporting documents.
- Will be an advantage: experience in selecting and/or purchasing licensing for Microsoft business solutions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- English — Upper Intermediate or higher, fluency in Ukrainian.
- Complete higher education or Master’s degree student in Economics or IT.
