The demand for Microsoft solutions is constantly increasing, in particular in Ukraine due to the need for businesses to abandon 1C and other russian systems. Therefore, we are expanding our Sales Team and inviting an active specialist to the position of Sales Manager of IT consulting services — Microsoft solutions implementation (ERP&CRM).

Your leads and clients will be companies of various fields from Ukraine, Europe and the USA.

The services you will sell are implementation and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and CRM systems — complex solutions for automating business processes, which are among the most popular systems in the world. In particular, you will guide mainly leads that want to implement Business Central ERP system (BC/NAV/Navision). More than 30 000 companies and 200 000 users already work in Business Central. Your key tasks will be:

  • Working with leads, conducting negotiations. Processing incoming leads, qualifying leads, identifying customer needs.
  • Guiding potential clients on their way from the first communication to contract signing; organizing and coordinating meetings, conducting negotiations. Presentations, demonstrations.
  • Documentary support. Preparing commercial offers, contracts, other documents related to the sales process. Preparing documents for participation in tenders.
  • Establishing and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Organizing cooperation with other Microsoft partners for joint project work — search, negotiations, support of cooperation.
  • Strategic and analytical work. Participating in preparation of sales and marketing strategies. Market analysis and search for opportunities to sell the company’s services.

Qualification:

  • 1+ year of successful experience in sales of IT services or technology solutions — ERP, CRM, IoT etc.
  • Sale of ERP or CRM implementation services will be an advantage (any vendor — Microsoft, Creatio / Terrasoft, SAP, Oracle, Odoo, 1C, etc.).
  • Sales experience in European countries and/or in the USA.
  • Strong skills with Microsoft Office products.
  • Languages: fluent Ukrainian, English — Upper Intermediate or higher (including spoken).
  • University degree.
  • Soft skills: energy, activity; interest in the services we provide; strong communication skills; ability to build long-term client
