Intern: Functional Analyst, Microsoft Dynamics ERP (вакансія неактивна)

What will you learn during our internship? You will study the functionality of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM)* ERP system, business processes of companies based on real projects, and will be able to customize these business processes in ERP system. You will study materials, perform practical cases, will pass tests and conduct demonstrations/presentations. All this with the support of our experienced mentors. It will be interesting and intense!

Duration of the internship: 2 months, from March 12 to May 14, 2024.

Workload: 20 hours/week, including 5-10 hours/week — online meetings during the standard working week, and the rest of the time you will study and do homework.

Format: online, using Microsoft Cloud Solutions from Innoware — you will have access to mail, Microsoft Teams, ERP environment and training materials.

You will need: your own laptop, access to high-speed Internet, 20 free hours per week. And, of course, attention and interest :)

So, what kind of candidates we are looking for:

• Recent graduates and senior students majoring in economics and IT.
• With good academic performance, strong analytical and logical skills.
• Fluent in Ukrainian.
• With knowledge of English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
• It will be an advantage, but not required: if you have basic knowledge of databases, advanced Excel; understand the basics of corporate finance or accounting.
• Soft skills: the internship is suitable for systematic and responsible people, proactive, sociable, open to new knowledge and willing to learn a lot.

What will be your key tasks as an ERP Consultant at Innoware after the Internship:

1. Participation in F&SCM implementation projects:

• Communicating with clients, holding meetings to capture their business processes.
• Business analysis. Description and analysis of the recorded business processes of clients in order to customize them in F&SCM.
• Setting up and customizing ERP system functionality.
• Creating project documentation, preparing technical specifications for our development team. Coordinating and finalizing documents with clients.
• Ensuring that the customized system meets the needs and requirements of customers.
• Supporting clients during acceptance testing, deployment of new features and start of operation (GoLive).

2. Training. Developing and strengthening your competencies, learning project methodology, passing international Microsoft certification.
