• 1+ years of extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) platform: Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, Portals
• Knowledge of the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, PowerApps), Azure Functions
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, JavaScript, XML, JSON, MS SQL
• Experience in technical documentation creation
• Strong understanding of the SDLC process
• Fluent knowledge of Ukrainian and Russian languages, Upper-Intermediate English
• Project Operations (Project Service Automation) experience
• Microsoft Certification
