Необхідні навички

— 3+ years’ experience in IT recruitment;
— Deep understanding of technologies in the IT Industry;
— Proven experience of running end to end recruitment processes for mid and senior technical positions;
— Good knowledge of different recruitment practices, process and tools, ability to navigate through any communication gaps or barriers including using of innovative methods for attracting candidates;
— Result-oriented, responsible, attentive to details, curious, team player;
— Strong interpersonal skills; excellent communication and networking skills;
— Upper-Intermediate level of English;
— Desire to grow professionally and learn new things and best practices.

Обов’язки

— Driving full-cycle recruitment for mid and senior tech positions, ensuring best possible candidate experience and results for the business;
— Sourcing candidates from different channels (direct research, networking, internal databases, employee referrals, social media etc.) and generating pipelines for each position;
— Providing the best recruitment performance (in-time vacancies closure, internal customers’ satisfaction with Innovecs’ recruitment services);
— Consulting internal and external customers as a Talent Acquisition representative;
— Building and maintaining relationships with clients, hiring managers and candidates;
— Closely work with researchers for hard to fill positions and for building strategic pipelines;
— Job market analyses and reviews;
— Regular reporting and providing market overview (when needed) to internal customers, Head of Talent Acquisition and other executives;
— Participate in optimization of recruiting processes and introducing best practices.
