Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience with After Effects
• Minimum 4+ years of experience with Spine 2D
• Minimum 2+ years of experience with Adobe Animate
• At least 4+ years of experience with slot game animation, with a clear understanding of slot game animation
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
• Strong knowledge of animation optimization
• Experience with character animation, environments and transitions
• Strong eye for detail, composition, color and lighting
• Strong understanding of animation best practices (including optimization, layering, project structure/hierarchy)
• Proactive and collaborative work ethic
• Creative, dedicated and passionate personality with the ability to multitask and prioritize
• Team management skills
• Experience in client communication
• English — good communication skills

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the quality of animations of the entire team
• Responsible for creating unique and diverse animation and VFX with complex graphics for 2D mobile games.
• Responsible for animation optimization
• Improves the work of animators
• Monitor current trends and quality of animations
• Create animations from concept to completion.
• Work closely with a client, art director, front-end developers
