Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years in HR function.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Ukrainian.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail in tasks and data management.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Ethical Conduct: Uphold a high level of integrity and ethical conduct in all HR activities.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in aligning HR strategies with business objectives under the guidance of senior HR colleagues.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs.
  • Oversee all stages of the Employee Lifecycle from onboarding to separation.
  • Provide support in addressing employee inquiries, concerns, and conflicts.
  • Assist line managers in monitoring team morale and addressing attrition risks.
  • Support performance appraisal processes, including data collection and analysis.
  • Assist in communicating performance feedback and development plans to employees.
  • Contribute to the identification of training needs and assist in coordinating training programs.
  • Assist in gathering and analyzing HR data to identify trends and make recommendations.
  • Prepare HR reports and presentations.
  • Work collaboratively with HR colleagues and other departments to achieve common goals.
  • Provide support for various HR projects and initiatives.
