Learning and Development Specialist (вакансія неактивна)

This is a full-time job with a hybrid working format in our Kyiv or Lviv office.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage company learning platform, monitoring the training process, and involving trainers in the various company activities;
• Facilitate workshops, webinars, live tutorials, and coding sessions;
• Assist in the design of professional onboarding programs;
• Engage with subject matter experts, managers, clients, or other designated parties to set specific learning objectives and outcomes and ensure that content matches those objectives;
• Conduct pre-training assessment and post-training evaluation of training sessions, running focus groups, gathering training requirements and feedback;
• Maintain training calendar and catalog;
• Support training sessions (promotion, sending invitations, checking attendance list, gathering feedback, etc.);
• Coordinate corporate English Classes.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven track record in talent development with 3+ years of experience (preferably — training, coaching);
• Understanding of adult learning theories and models;
• Good knowledge of external training providers in various technology stacks;
• Preferably — experience with HRMS, MS Teams, Miro;
• English — Upper-intermediate or higher
