Updating and maintaining HR systems, records and reports
Supporting HR processes (onboarding, attendance management, separation)
Creating various HR reports (on a regular basis and on demand)
Processing payments for HR services
Providing ad-hoc administrative support to other HR functions, as necessary
Participating in HR Projects and other duties as assigned

At least 1 years of experience in HR administrative/analyst function,
Advanced PC user (MS Office with emphasis on Excel),
Experience with Google Docs/SurveyMonkey is a plus
