— You have completed a Computer Sciences, Business Information Systems degree, or can provide a comparable relevant professional experience;
— Expert in Web Development (CSS / HTML / Javascript);
— You have several years’ experience in building and technically leading agile development teams, ideally in the gaming industry;
— Work under pressure and motivate others to meet tight deadlines;
— Manage numerous projects simultaneously with a tight deadline;
— Excellent communication skills (English);
— Problem-solving and conflict resolution ability.

— Knowledge in Unity3D;
— Experience in the mobile gaming industry.

— Build and inspire a group of developers in becoming highly proficient in their tasks;
— Follow best practices and align with business requirements;
