— Willingness to work with support tasks
— Basic ability to read/understand XML/JSON messages
— Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
— 2,5 years’ experience working on Java projects
— 2+ years’ experience with Service-oriented architecture
— Knowledge of standard concepts, practices and procedures in the SDLC
— Knowledge of MongoDB
— Project experience working with Eclipse, SVN, Spring Framework, Maven and Junit
— Knowledge of supply chain logistics
— Knowledge of Apache Camel is a plus
— Work with Technical Support to develop new support procedures and assist with training
— Detail Oriented skills
— Self-starter skills
— Proficient communication in both written and conversational English
— Ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and projects
— Ability to exist in a rapidly changing environment
— Analytical and problem-solving skills

— Under limited supervision and direction, owns customer-reported support incidents including collaborating with internal teams, and timely follow-up until the incident is resolved
— Work with Technical Support to develop new support procedures and assist with training
— Work with the Client Success team on how best to support customer escalations for new customers who are integrating to EVA Services
