RichMediaSystems is a product-focused IT company that brings to life and develops only its own products and projects. We are inviting an experienced Product Manager to join our team.
The main goal of this role is to help our team develop and implement a product strategy that meets the needs of our clients and ensures the success of our company in the market.

Required skills:
— 5+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst /Product Manager in the IT industry;
— excellent communication skills for clear, concise, and understandable presentation of information to clients, team members, and stakeholders;
— experience in analyzing existing products;
— experience in building a roadmap for product development;
— experience in long-term and short-term planning;
— experience in prioritizing expected product changes according to the company’s goals;
— ability to resolve conflict situations;
— ability to effectively communicate with the team and clients;
— experience in organizing the work of BAs and UI/UX designers;
— experience working with e-commerce projects is a plus;
— preferably, a higher education degree in management, information technology, or related fields.

Responsibilities:
— stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to make informed business decisions and improve processes;
— have an in-depth understanding of the product and plan its development;
— engage in long-term and short-term planning;
— determine priorities;
— formulate a product development roadmap;
— effectively handle changes in requirements;
— communicate with the development team and users;
— establish processes in the team (BAs and UI/UX designers);
— standardize the collection of business requirements, the formation of requirements, and documentation;
— analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement;
— analyze business requirements from users and subject matter experts.
