RichMediaSystems is a product-oriented IT company that exclusively develops and nurtures its products and projects. We are inviting a Head of Product to join our team.

The Head of Product plays a key role in defining product strategy and development.

The manager will be performing the following activities:

• lead the ideation, development, and execution of innovations from conception to market launch;
• collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights, identify market trends, and assess competitive landscapes;
• define product vision and strategy;
• conduct market research to identify opportunities for new products or improvements to existing ones;
• drive the product’s development process, working closely with all departments;
• analyze product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to iterate and enhance products continuously;
• stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to identify potential areas for innovation.

Required Qualification & Skills:

• bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus);
• skills in conducting market research, competitive analysis and working with user feedback;
• proven experience in product management, with a focus on innovation and bringing products to market;
• strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines;
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration;
• analytical mindset to interpret data and make informed decisions;
• ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities;
• passionate by technology and innovations, driven by technical & commercial disruptive challenges;
• mentoring skills, creativity, and conflict management skills;
• responsibility, consistency, flexibility, and ability to consider different approaches;
• ability to communicate your point of view in a reasoned manner, both verbally and in writing.
