RichMediaSystems is a product-oriented IT company that exclusively develops and nurtures its own products and projects. We are inviting a Solution Architect to join our team.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in software development;
• 3+ years of experience as a Lead/Architect;
• experience in analyzing and optimizing existing architectural solutions;
• experience in designing architecture and technical transition strategies from legacy products to new solutions/platforms;
• knowledge and experience with the current technology stack;
• experience in creating technical specifications and architecture descriptions, including quality attributes, risks, diagrams, and technical requirements;
• knowledge of algorithms and data structures, OOP principles, and design patterns.

Preferred Qualifications:

• experience working in agile teams;
• experience working on e-commerce projects.

Technologies used in the project:

Languages: PHP 7/8, JavaScript, Bash, HTML, CSS;

Web Servers: NGINX, Traefik;

Databases: MySQL, Redis API: third-party APIs, GraphQL, HTTP REST, Websockets;

Frameworks/Libraries: Laravel, Symfony, VueJS, jQuery, Element Plus, Webpack, Gulp

DevOps: CI/CD (GitlabCI), Ansible, Terraform, Amazon AWS, Cloudflare, Docker, GIT, NewRelic

Responsibilities:

• develop architecture and technical transition strategy from legacy products to new solutions/platforms;
• design and maintain the overall architecture of business solutions according to the product’s overall strategy;
• analyze existing architecture and propose improvements;
• collaborate with the product team (planning, solution options, consultations);
• present and explain technical decisions related to product development and growth;
• guide and support engineering teams in making technical decisions;
• assist in decomposing high-level solutions
