Arbostar is a Canadian-Ukrainian SaaS product startup that develops a CRM system for the green industry. We are looking for a very energetic and intelligent person to help us in the development of our product.
Main duties:
— Troubleshooting application issues and identifying effective solutions for our customers;
— Empowering customers to maximize the use of our products by sharing best practices to improve customer ROI;
— Support communication with customers and development team;
— Analysis of customer requests and issues; preparing user-case descriptions for the issues and suggestions to the development team;
— Analyze current technical projects, risks and problems, proposing new and effective solutions;
— Managing multiple tasks/projects simultaneously;
— Participate in technical meetings, initiatives and discussions to improve service delivery;
— Introduction of internal documentation;
— Support for the performance of client systems.
Requirements:
— Work experience in technical support from 1 year;
— English level C1-C2;
— Theoretical knowledge of MySQL;
— Experience with SaaS;
— Understanding the concept of cloud solutions/virtual machine environments;
— Understanding of web services, REST and APIs;
— Technical education will be an advantage;
